Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces leftover turkey, sliced, about 2 tp 3 slices
  • 1/4 cup gravy, from a roasted turkey or jar
  • 2 slices bread , lightly buttered
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup dressing (stuffing), optional

Instructions

  • For each serving, heat about 1/4 cup of turkey or chicken gravy in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to boil.
  • Arrange 2 lightly buttered bread slices on each plate and top with several turkey slices.
  • Drizzle 1/4 cup of hot gravy over the turkey; sprinkle lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve the hot turkey sandwiches with leftover cranberry sauce and reheated leftover dressing.
