Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 (18-ounce) bottle BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Pat the meat dry with paper towels, season all over with seasoned salt and black pepper, and place it in the slow cooker.
    3 pounds beef chuck roast | 1/2 tsp seasoned salt | 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • Pour the BBQ sauce over the beef.
    1 (18-ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until very tender.
  • Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker. Toss with the sauce and serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
