- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 1/2 pounds veal steak
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towels with a slotted spoon.
- Cut the veal steaks into serving-size pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add the veal steaks to the drippings and sear for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove to a plate and set aside.
