These are my go-to noodles when I am serving a stir-fry or Asian flavored main dish. The sweet, sour, salty flavor with a generous amount of sesame oil is a wonderful balance of flavors. You can use angel hair pasta, soba noodles, spaghetti, or whatever long pasta you have in your pantry. Garnish these simple noodles with sesame seeds if you like or toss them with chili crisp for color and heat.
