Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

Sriracha chili sauce is a popular hot pepper sauce with a ketchup-like consistency. The sauce was created by Chinese-Vietnamese David Tran, founder of Huy Fong Foods. It's basically a mixture of red jalapeno chile peppers, garlic, sugar, salt, and vinegar, along with some preservatives and thickeners. Use it in any recipe you would use a hot sauce.
