- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard (or a whole grain mustard)
- 5 to 6 thin slices deli ham (such as Black forest or a honey ham, about 4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Follow the package directions for thawing the pastry dough.
- Roll the puff pastry out lightly. Spread with honey mustard, then sprinkle with the cheese and arrange the ham over the cheese layer.
- Roll up and chill thoroughly.
- Cut the chilled dough in 1/2-inch slices. Arrange on the parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 17 to 20 minutes, until puffed and nicely browned.
- Serve with honey mustard or a honey mustard dipping sauce.
- Makes about 12 to 15.
