How To Make Chocolate Peanut Clusters
- Combine the almond bark, chocolate chips, and peanut butter in a saucepan and cook over low heat just until smooth and melted.
- Meanwhile, place a large sheet of wax paper on the countertop or on a large cookie sheet.
- Add the peanuts to the melted mixture and stir to blend.
- Drop the peanut cluster mixture by tablespoon onto the wax paper.
- Let the chocolate peanut clusters stand until set, or move them to the fridge to harden more quickly.
- Refrigerate the candy in an airtight container for up to 1 month. They won’t last that long!
