Chili crisp dipping sauce is a bold, spicy flavor explosion! The spicy sauce is the perfect dip for dumplings, gyoza, egg rolls, and potstickers!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chili crisp
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar, or to taste
  • 6 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili crunch, sugar garlic, onions, and sesame seeds; whisk to blend.
  2. Serve in small dipping bowls alongside dumplings, potstickers, or egg rolls with a garnish of sesame seeds and green onions.
  3. Alternatively, drizzle over the food and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Store the dipping sauce in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 4 to 5 days.
