Craving homemade cookies? Try these Bisquick peanut butter cookies. They’re easy to make, require minimal cleanup, and taste amazing.

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups (210 grams) Bisquick baking mix
  • Optional: 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, for rolling

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon, combine the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add the vanilla and stir to blend.
  4. Add the baking mix and blend thoroughly. The dough will be quite stiff.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to scoop up the dough and then roll them into small balls. Roll them in the sugar and place them on the prepared baking sheets leaving about 1 1/2 inches between the cookies. The spread very little

  7. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, until set.
