This beef stroganoff with noodles is a fast and easy skillet concoction that makes a fantastic meal for any night of the week. Convenient lean ground beef is browned and cooked with mushrooms and a little chopped onion. Flour and beef broth are added to make a gravy-like mixture. • Turkey: Make the stroganoff with ground turkey.
  • Cream Cheese: Use half cream cheese and half sour cream for a richer gravy mixture.
  • Herbs: Add chopped fresh thyme, parsley, or chives just before serving for extra color and flavor.
