- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- dash of liquid smoke, if desired
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onions or about 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
- Preheat the oven to 325 F.
- Arrange the turkey legs in large baking dish or foil-lined baking pan.
- Sprinkle turkey legs with salt and pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.
- Bake for about 2 hours, basting frequently with the sauce.
