Basic country fries are delicious with breakfast, lunch, or any meal.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions:



  1. Heat butter in skillet over medium-low heat; add prepared potatoes.
  2. Cook, without stirring, until golden on bottom.
  3. Turn and brown the other sided.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
