Creamy Candy Recipe
This brown sugar fudge candy is filled with raisins and chopped almonds. It's a great candy to make for a weekend sweet tooth, or make for holiday guests.

- Combine sugars, water, and cream of tartar; boil to 240 F on a candy thermometer, or until a few drops form a medium hard ball when tested in cold water.
- Add vanilla and stir until creamy. Turn out onto wet platter and cool to lukewarm. Knead in the raisins and chopped almonds.
- Shape into a roll 1-inch in diameter. Slice with a sharp knife.
