  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Parsley and Parmesan cheese, for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven and Pan: Heat the oven to 375 F and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat the Garlic Butter: Combine the butter and garlic in a small saucepan heat over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer. Pour the mixture into a wide, shallow bowl. melting butter in saucepan
  3. Make the Breading: In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Chicken Prep: breading and butter
  4. Coat and Bake the Chicken: Dip the chicken in the butter, then in the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken breasts register at least 165 F. Chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
