Garlic Bread

Upgrade your meal with this easy-to-make garlic bread. Made with sub rolls, butter, and garlic, it’s a delicious addition to any dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 sub rolls (split horizontally or 1/2 baguette, approx. 6 ounces)
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Position the oven rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 350 F.
  2. Put the butter and minced garlic in a small skillet or saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until the butter has melted and the garlic is aromatic.

  3. Place the split sub rolls on a baking pan, cut side up and brush with the butter and garlic mixture. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  4. Bake the bread for 7 minutes, then turn the oven broiler on and broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.
