  • 2 cups (255 grams) all-purpose flour

For the Topping

  • 4 ounces (113 grams) butter
  • 1/3 cup (35 grams) cocoa
  • 1/4 cup (52 grams) brown sugar, packed, light or dark
  • 1/4 cup (57 grams) buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups (170 grams) confectioners’ sugar

Instructions
