  • 6 boneless chicken breast halves (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups herb stuffing crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place chicken breasts in buttered 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan.
  3. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, and sour cream. Pour over chicken and cheese. Top with herb stuffing and then drizzle with the melted butter.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
