Slider Burgers With Remoulade Sauce

These sliders are served with the tasty remoulade sauce. Serve the little burgers on split slider buns or dinner rolls.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes


Remoulade Sauce

  1. Combine the ground beef, ketchup or barbecue sauce, and grill seasoning. Form the beef mixture into 12 small burgers.
  2. Grill or pan-grill over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until done as desired.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cornichon or relish, chopped capers, lemon juice, mustard, parsley, and paprika. Taste and add hot sauce and salt, as needed. Cover and refrigerate the sauce until serving time.
  4. Serve the burgers on split dinner rolls or slider buns with remoulade sauce and toppings of your choice.

Makes 12 Servings as a Snack or Appetizer
