Fresh Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Fresh corn and black beans make a colorful and delicious salsa. This tasty salsa will go especially well with chicken, pork, and fish. The ears of corn are grilled or charred under the broiler.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
- Remove the husks and silk from the ears of corn. Rinse well.
- Grill or broil corn to char slightly; let it cool. When the corn is cool enough to handle, cut the corn from the cobs.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
