Fresh Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Fresh corn and black beans make a colorful and delicious salsa. This tasty salsa will go especially well with chicken, pork, and fish. The ears of corn are grilled or charred under the broiler.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes



  1. Remove the husks and silk from the ears of corn. Rinse well.
  2. Grill or broil corn to char slightly; let it cool. When the corn is cool enough to handle, cut the corn from the cobs.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Makes 4 to 6 Servings
