This flavorful corn cassreole is made with cream style corn, cracker crumbs, cheese, and eggs. This is one of my favorite versions of corn casserole.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Heat the oven to 350 F. Lightly butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, blending thoroughly. Pour into the buttered baking dish.
Bake the casserole for 45 to 55 minutes, or until set.
