Place a large saucepan of water over medium high heat; bring to a boil. Heat oil in a skillet
over medium heat and saute bell pepper and garlic for about 10 minsutes,
stirring occasionally. Add pasta to boiling water and cook about 9 to
10 minutes, or follow package directions.
Meanwhile, spoon tomato puree and sauteed vegetables into a food
processor or blender and process until smooth. Add salt and pepper
to taste. Drain pasta and toss with the red pepper sauce.
Serves 2 to 3.
