Sheila's Cauliflower


This cauliflower casserole recipe is from a Mississippi cookbook.

Instructions:

Cook cauliflower until tender; drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour melted butter over cauliflower. Mix milk, mayonnaise and mustard together; pour over cauliflower and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cook 10 to 15 minutes at 350 F, or until hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
