Creamy Hash Brown Bake

This flavorful hash brown casserole is made with cream cheese, frozen hash brown potatoes, and cream of celery soup. This is delicious as a side dish or make it and serve for brunch or breakfast along with your favorite egg dish.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- In a saucepan, combine soup, milk and cream cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until smooth. Combine potatoes and onions; stir in soup mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart to 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove the foil and top with shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
