Creamy Hash Brown Bake

print This flavorful hash brown casserole is made with cream cheese, frozen hash brown potatoes, and cream of celery soup. This is delicious as a side dish or make it and serve for brunch or breakfast along with your favorite egg dish.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes



  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a saucepan, combine soup, milk and cream cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until smooth. Combine potatoes and onions; stir in soup mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 2-quart to 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove the foil and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Return to the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Hash brown casserole serves 4.
