Greek-Style Skillet Rib Eye

Greek olives and feta cheese, along with the seasoning blend, give these steaks great flavor. Serve these steaks with baked potatoes and a salad or fresh sliced tomatoes and cukes.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes Ingredients:
- Combine seasonings and press on both sides of beef. In nonstick skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot.
- Cook steaks in skillet, turning once, about 10 to 15 minutes total for medium rare (about 145 F on an instant read thermometer). Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with feta and olives just before serving.
