Skillet Black Beans and Rice

Total Time: 25 minutes Ingredients:


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef in the olive oil; add water, salsa, and sauce and mix well. Bring the mixture to a boil and Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Serves 4.
