Skillet Spanish Rice

print This easy Spanish rice is made with ground beef, chopped onion and pepper, and tomato sauce. It's a quick and easy meal, or serve it as a side dish.

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and green bell pepper; drain off excess fat.
  2. Stir in the rice, chili powder, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Recipe serves 6.
