Updated March 10, 2019

swiss steak with round steak and peppers

This easy skillet Swiss steak is made with round steak and tomatoes. Chili style tomatoes give it extra flavor, but feel free to use plain or stewed tomatoes in this recipe. Add rice or noodles, crusty bread or rolls, and a tossed salad for a perfect everyday meal.
