Skillet Chicken With Tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and flour.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown the thighs on all sides, about 6 to 8 minutes total.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is thick.
  4. Serve with hot cooked noodles or rice.
Serves 4.
