Pork Chop Skillet Dinner

print This simple pork chop recipe is made with a beefy sauce and broccoli and cauliflower. Serve pork chops with potatoes or cooked rice.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes



  1. Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Add onion and caraway seed and cook until onion is tender but not brown.
  2. Add bouillon cube, water and sherry. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables; cover and simmer 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are heated through.
Serves 4.
