Pork Chop Skillet Dinner

This simple pork chop recipe is made with a beefy sauce and broccoli and cauliflower. Serve pork chops with potatoes or cooked rice.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
- Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Add onion and caraway seed and cook until onion is tender but not brown.
- Add bouillon cube, water and sherry. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Add the vegetables; cover and simmer 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are heated through.
