In top of double boiler, scald milk.In another bowl, beat yolks
with sugar and gradually stir in warm milk, stirring constantly. Return to
top of double boiler and cook and stir over simmering water until sauce
coats back of spoon. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into bowl and cool. Stir in rum and whipped cream. Chill until serving time. Wonderful with chilled fruits.
