Party Ham Casserole

print This ham and noodle casserole recipe is baked with a topping of buttery bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Cream of mushroom soup makes this casserole extra easy to prepare, and sour cream makes it special.

  1. Heat the oven to 325 F.
  2. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
  3. While noodles are cooking, combine in a small saucepan the soup and milk, stirring over low heat until smooth. Add onion, mustard, and sour cream.
  4. In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer half of the noodles, half of the ham and sauce. Repeat layers. Toss bread crumbs with the 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole. Top with grated cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
