Pineapple-Date Bread

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.

  4. Transfer to a greased and floured 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
