Glazed Ham Slice with Cranberry Raisin Sauce

A center cut ham slice is glazed with a delicious cranberry, orange, and raisin glaze. This makes an easy holiday meal or Sunday dinner for a small family.

- Heat the oven to 325 F.
- Slash fat edge of ham at 3 inch intervals. Place ham in a shallow baking dish; bake for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the cranberry raisin sauce. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, ground cloves, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
- Remove ham from oven.
- Spoon some of the sauce over ham and bake 20 minutes longer.
- Serve remaining sauce with the ham.
