Pork and Noodle Bake

Here's a great way to use leftover pork roast, and it's an easy casserole to prepare and bake. Serve this pork and noodle bake with a tossed salad or sliced fresh tomatoes and cucumbers if they're in season.

Cook Time: 35 minutes
Total Time: 42 minutes
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Brown pork, onion, celer, and bell pepper in vegetable oil until onion and celery is tender; combine with noodles remaining ingredients and pour into a 3-quart greased casserole.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
