Marshmallow Brownies

print These brownies will disappear before your eyes! They're packed with goodies, including butterscotch chips, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and pecans.

Total Time: 40 minutes



  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large heavy saucepan, melt butterscotch chips with butter. Stir in flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and egg. Fold in pecans, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  3. Spread batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake - the center of the brownies will still be slightly soft.
