Fresh Cherry Pie Filling

Make this pie filling with fresh cherries, then use it in your favorite cherry pie or cobbler.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:




Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, cook cherries in water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sugar and cornstarch; add to cherries.
  3. Cook cherry mixture until thickened.
  4. Cool slightly before using to fill pie shell or other dessert.
