Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole

This casserole is quick and easy, made with cooked rice and chicken, mushrooms, almonds, and an easy chicken broth gravy.

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes



  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine pimiento and cooked rice.
  3. Place 1/3 of rice mixture in buttered 11x7-inch baking dish.
  4. Alternate layers of rice, chicken, mushrooms, and almonds.
  5. Blend chicken broth with flour; pour over casserole.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
