Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole

This casserole is quick and easy, made with cooked rice and chicken, mushrooms, almonds, and an easy chicken broth gravy.

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Combine pimiento and cooked rice.
- Place 1/3 of rice mixture in buttered 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Alternate layers of rice, chicken, mushrooms, and almonds.
- Blend chicken broth with flour; pour over casserole.
- Bake for 1 hour.
