Easy Beef Pie

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add celery, onion, and green pepper; cook until browned and tender.
  3. In a bowl, combine meat, potatoes, carrots, and peas; add gravy.
  4. Combine meat mixture with the onion and celery mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Turn the mixture into a baking dish; top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
