Easy Beef Pie

This easy beef casserole, made with leftover beef, gravy, and vegetables, is topped with buttered bread crumbs.

Total Time: 60 minutes
- Heat the oven to 375 F.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add celery, onion, and green pepper; cook until browned and tender.
- In a bowl, combine meat, potatoes, carrots, and peas; add gravy.
- Combine meat mixture with the onion and celery mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn the mixture into a baking dish; top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
