Easy Potato Cakes with Bacon

  1. Add bacon and onions to mashed potatoes. Mix in the beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into 6 patties.
  3. Melt butter in skillet over medium-low heat; cook the potato patties, turning to brown both sides.
