Chili Con Queso Dip

print This is a basic Velveeta dip, always a hit! Take this flavorful dip to a party or potluck with a few bags of tortilla chips.

Total Time: 20 minutes


  1. In a nonstick saucepan or saute pan, combine tomatoes, chiles, and onions over medium-low heat; cook, stirring, until liquid is almost gone.
  2. Dice cheese; add to tomato mixture.
  3. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
  4. Keep warm in a slow cooker or chafing dish and serve with tortilla chips.
