Black Bean Nachos

Make these delicious nachos to snack on during the Super Bowl or any big game. Or make them for any party or gathering.

- Heat the broiler.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
- Mix beans with vinegar and oil; spread on tortilla chips then top with shredded cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, top with chopped onion and tomato, and serve.
