Chicken With Grapes

  1. Rub chicken parts with lemon; sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes to dry thoroughly.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter; brown chicken on all sides. Add wine; spoon sauce over chicken to coat all pieces. Cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
  3. Add grapes and cook for 3 minutes longer.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Serve chicken with sauce on the side.
