Chicken Tetrazzini

print This delicious chicken and pasta bake is made with cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Add some sauteed or canned drained mushrooms to this if you want more mushroom flavor.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes


  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Place spaghetti in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Spread chicken over spaghetti. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
  3. Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce, nutmeg, mayonnaise, sherry, and whipped cream. Pour over casserole.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

*To toast nuts, spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast in a 350 F oven, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes. Or, toast in an ungreased skillet over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown and aromatic.
