Southern Pecan Pie

This is a classic Southern-style pecan pie recipe. It's delicious and really quick and easy to make and bake.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 55
Total Time: 1 hour 5 minutes


Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, vanilla, and melted butter.
  3. Spread pecans in the bottom of pie shell.
  4. Pour in egg mixture.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 50 to 60 minutes, until filling is set and firm.
  6. The pecans will rise to the top and form a crusty layer.
