Use this chunky basic guacamole as a dip for tortilla chips, as a spread for sandwiches, or topping for your burritos, nachos, or tacos.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Calories per 2 tablespoons: 36
- Cut avocado in half lengthwise, scoop out pulp and discard the pit.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado pulp and add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips as a dip.
