Brown Sugar Meringue

This brown sugar meringue makes a delicious topping for just about any pie. Try this meringe on a pecan pie or your favorite graham cracker or butterscotch pie.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes


  1. Heat the oven to 325 F.
  2. Beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.
  3. Add vanilla and pile meringue onto pie.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
