This flavorful roast beef sandwich on rye is topped with a hearty sour cream and horseradish sauce mixture.

- Spread butter on bread slices. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, soup mix, and horseradish and pepper.
- Spread about a tablespoon of the sour cream mixture over each of the 8 slices of bread.
- Top 4 slices of bread with roast beef slices, then a few lettuce leaves. Cover with remaining slices of bread.
