Zippy Roast Beef Sandwich

  1. Spread butter on bread slices. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, soup mix, and horseradish and pepper.
  2. Spread about a tablespoon of the sour cream mixture over each of the 8 slices of bread.
  3. Top 4 slices of bread with roast beef slices, then a few lettuce leaves. Cover with remaining slices of bread.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
