Double Chocolate Brownie Recipe

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and syrup and continue beating. Beat in eggs and cooled chocolate.
  4. Into a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients.
  5. Stir dry ingredients into the batter.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
  7. Spread brownie mixture into the prepared baking pan; bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut brownies into bars.
