print Here's an excellent recipe to use when you have leftover corned beef. The beets add color and flavor to this great tasting corned beef hash.

Total Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large bowl, combine the corned beef, potatoes, beets, onion, salt, and pepper; gently mix.
  2. In a large heavy skillet, melt the butter with the oil over medium heat. Spread the corned beef and potato mixture in the pan. Cook for about 12 to 16 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely browned.
  3. Spoon into a serving dish or onto individual plates and garnish with parsley.
