Simple Herbed Pork Chops

Boneless pork shops are broiled to perfection with a simple mixture of olive oil and dried herbs. Use a garlic infused olive oil on these chops for a hint of garlic flavor.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
- Brush both sides of the chops with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the herbs and seasoned salt or Cajun seasoning.
- Place on an oiled broiler pan.
- Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. The pork should no longer be pink in the center.
- To check for doneness, an instant read thermometer should read at least 160 F when inserted in the thickest part of a pork chop, not touching bone or fat.
